My name is Albert Wong and I was the lead pinball technician (volunteer) for modern Stern pinball machines at the Museum of Pinball (MoP) in Banning, CA. The MoP, unfortunately, has since closed, but during its operation, it housed a remarkable collection of 575 playable pinball machines. Over 25 of these were Stern models, which consistently ranked among the most popular attractions at the museum.
The images below show me in action during our tech days, where I serviced and repaired pinball machines in preparation for public events. Additionally, I've included a video of a lecture I gave on pinball repair basics.
